so under dr orders i need to loose weight. and change my diet and exercise. ok changed diet. lost weight. top weight was 227. today i weighed in at 200.8. one more lb and i can go sky diving! woohoo! exercise is the hard one with my back issues. dr wants me to walk 40 min 6 x a wk. ok im not consistant at all. i have always hated exercise. ugh

been doing meditation to help w my back pain and general anxiety. def notice a diff. trying to make peace w everything going on w my old body. im on hormones now. seems like the hot flashes are a little better.

dizziness comes and goes still but i do my neck exercises and it helps. now i have headaches in the afternoon that are getting really ( Read more... )

work has been crazy. we have alot of changing going on.
carson got bloodwork. hes sicker than we thought. i have to give him b12 shots now and hes on pred every other day and also an anti vomit med. poor boy. oh and i stepped in this lastnite.

so did physical therapy for nausea and dizziness. guess my spine was outta whack. it went away. comes back if i dont do my exercises. if i do them it goes away.
went to the endocrinologist. had labs done and says im sl insulin resistant. get it runs in the family. so have changed my diet a lil and went off coke and mt dew. they want me to loose ( Read more... )

therapy dog for military vets? thats what i would like to do. the vets deserve so much more than our goverment gives them.

thinking bout doing jax as a therapy dog. he seems to do really well around a large group of kids. maybe in the fall as my summer is going to be super busy.

nausea and dizziness is better but not completely gone. still in physical theraphy for my c1. they believe thats the cause.

saw a spine surgeon and he was a real arrogant ass. will not be going back to him. he was basicly because the steriod shots work no surgery. which is good and bad. giod no surgery but bad cause thats my only option. i hate ( Read more... )
